How do I pay for the service?
You will be charged a recurring membership fee which covers the periodic visit. This fee is in accordance with the terms outlined in your maintenance plan (e.g., monthly, quarterly, semi-annual). Payments can be made by credit card or electronic transfer.

How do I add chores for my home maintenance technician?
Adding chores is simple. When you join the club, you will be able to email or phone us with any special requests that are in addition to your home’s regular maintenance schedule. We can do any on-demand handyman task – from patching small dents on a wall, to replacing lightbulbs, to repairing a broken wood fence board, etc.
What if I am not happy with the service?
Clients can cancel their subscription service at any time with a valid request. At OneContact we encourage a sense of transparency and communication with our clients. So, if at anytime we fall short, we want to know as soon as possible so we can address it and get better. Every cancellation request will be probed. We strive to deliver the consistent value the client expects from us.
